Hi, I’m Rhiannon
I’ve been teaching people to bake great bread since 2014. Classes have received over 90 5-star reviews from happy customers.
In 2020, I started friendly, relaxed online classes teaching everything from baguettes to cinnamon buns, ciabatta to brioche. I love passing on my bread making skills and seeing students’ success.
My focus is on bread making techniques and recipes that really work for you, the home bread baker. Tips that are simple and easy to use in your home kitchen.
